Yes. Pro rules can have start and end dates and only enforce within that window.

Scheduling is a Pro feature:
  1. Open Quantity rules and create or edit a rule.
  2. Set the start date and end date for the rule.
  3. Save.
The rule only applies while the date range is active, which is useful for promotional purchase caps or seasonal minimums. Rules that have ended stop applying automatically.
