How do I set up my first quantity rule?

Create a rule, confirm the checkout rule is enabled, then optionally add the storefront hint block.

  1. Open Quantity rules in the app and create a rule.
  2. Choose the product (Free) and the limit type: minimum, maximum, or multiple. Enter the value.
  3. Save. The app generates the shopper guidance automatically.
  4. In Shopify Admin, go to Settings → Checkout → Checkout rules and verify HBN Quantity Limits is enabled.
  5. Optional: add the Quantity limit hints app block to your product and cart templates so shoppers see the requirement before checkout.
  6. Test one allowed and one blocked quantity in your storefront.
