Why can't I enable my rule?

A rule that overlaps an existing enabled rule for the same target is blocked as a conflict.

The app detects overlapping rules automatically:
  • If a new rule conflicts with an existing enabled rule (for example, two different maximums for the same product), it cannot be enabled until the conflict is resolved.
  • A message tells you which rule it conflicts with.
Best practice: give each target one clear requirement. Edit or disable the conflicting rule, then enable the new one.
